This Contemporary house plan has lots of space and storage.
The Emily 2 - HDC-2540-21 plan from Home Design Central has 3 bedrooms, an office/4th bedroom and 2.5 baths. The large family room has a fireplace with surrounding built-ins, access to the back porch and bar that extends from the kitchen. The kitchen seperates the breakfast area and the formal dining room, and has lots of cabinet and pantry space.
The master bedroom also has access to the back porch. It has two big his and hers closets with one of them having access to the utility room for the ultimate in convenience!
The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and share the hall bath. The office is also located on this side and could easily be used as a fourth bedroom.
There is plenty of room in the two-car garage which includes a nice sized storage area.
